Looking for a renter of my 30m2 apartment starting from 01 August 2010 until 01 July 2012 (2 years).

I will be moving to the United States and renting my room
in Wien 19, Doebling, excellent location and easily accessible! Extension upon agreement, depending on extension of my job.

Studio (furnished): kitchen, living room (bed for one person), bathroom (shower, basin & toilet), small balcony facing a park and the Viennese forest. No television Mobile Internet: 15 Euros/15 GB a month Washing machine in the basement (upon agreement with landlady)

Rental Fees: 380 Euros per month (excl. additional electricity/heating costs)

Bond: 1,200 Euros (to be fully refunded when renter moves out) Area: Vienna, 19th District (Doebling)
Public transport: Bus every 10min (5 AM to 1 AM); Night Bus on weekends (every 30min past midnight)

Wonderful chic and safe suburban area next to vineyards, taverns and wineries, close to the American School and the Presidential Villa
